Apartment number 5 is a ground floor apartment and sleeps up to 4 people. It consists of open plan kitchen which is well equipped with all mod cons including a fan-oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice-box, microwave, washing machine/dryer and ironing facilitiesand living area. The lounge has beautiful views overlooking Porthpean Golf Course and St.Austell Bay. There are two bedrooms with a choice of double or twin beds but neither have sea view. There is a bathroom and separate shower room available. Please note 4 and 5 are available either seperately or together thereby allowing for up to 8 people at any one time.
