There are two bedrooms with a choice of double or twin beds, a large master bedroom is situated to the front and enjoys the super sea view. There is a shower room, wash basin & toilet on the first floor and a downstairs bathroom containing a bath, a washbasin and toilet. French doors from the lounge open onto a patio area which has an outdoor table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views over Porthpean Golf Course and out to sea over St.Austell Bay.
